Please keep this pass readily available when approaching a road closure staffed by a traffic control officer.
Residents can access their homes during closures via:
- Option 1: From south, take 15th Street → South River Road → Mill Street → Riverfront Street.
- Option 2: From the US 50 off-ramp, take 5th Street → Mill Street → Riverfront Street.
How to Use Your Pass:
- When you reach a road closure, present your pass to the traffic control officer.
- The officer may allow you to proceed through the closure.
- For public safety, vehicles without a valid pass will not be permitted to bypass the closure.
This pass only allows access through road closures to reach your residence. It does not grant any additional privileges, including parking privileges.
If you need additional passes, please contact the City at (916) 617-5016 or email parking@zzsghm.com.
